Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY At "ALLURA Nails Lounge," we strive to provide excellent service and accommodate our clients' needs. To maintain fairness and ensure the efficient use of our resources, we have implemented the following booking, cancellation, and payment policy: 1. Booking and Deposit: *A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. *The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process. *The deposit can be paid using a credit card or debit card. *The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another appointment if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment. 2.Rescheduling/Cancellation: *Rescheduling/Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the deposit amount, which is non-refundable. *Rescheduling/Cancellation requests should be made by phone, email, or by yourself on our website, as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours before the appointment time. *Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the deposit. 3.No Show: *If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, you will be considered a "No Show." *No Shows will be charged 100% of the deposit amount, which is non-refundable. 4.Payment: *We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for payment. *Payment is made by credit card or debit card, a transaction fee will be applied. The amount of the fee will be communicated to the client during the payment process. 5. Gift Cards: *Deposit is still required when booking to prevent any cancellation/no show. That deposit will be refunded back on the day of the appointment when you have arrive to the salon. *Expired up to a YEAR when purchasing the gift card and available for pick up purchase in salon. 6.Blacklisting: *Failure to comply with this policy may result in your name being added to our blacklist. *Blacklisted individuals will not be able to schedule appointments at "ALLURA Nails Lounge" in the future. We believe that these policies will help us maintain a fair and efficient appointment system while respecting the time and effort put into our services.
